For example, if you want the names and dates on two lines enter the personalization as two lines in the notes. Please double check all spelling and punctuation. After you leave your note, then proceed to check-out.
You can request a proof for you to approve prior to our engraving. Check the box as Yes under Proof Request, (Allow an extra processing day) otherwise, we will engrave it as it is in the notes.
Please also specify if you want the frame Portrait (long vertical) or Landscape (long horizontal)by choosing the appropriate button.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom engraved products (with specific names, initials, logos, etc.) are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.
Covered Replacements (Damage Only)
