Magnolia Engraved Gifts - Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Fulfillment Times

Our products are often custom-made. The time it takes to prepare your order for shipment (Processing Time) varies by product type.

Important Note on Artwork: For laser engraved orders that require a proof, production time begins immediately upon receipt of your final, written artwork approval. Delays in approving the proof will extend your overall timeline.

Laser Engraved Orders 3 - 5 Business Days
Custom Signs, Painted, and/or Cut 5 - 10 Business Days

Business Days are Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST.


2. Shipping Carriers & Options

We offer shipping through the following carriers:

  • United States Postal Service (USPS)

    • Standard Shipping: First Class Mail

    • Expedited Shipping: Priority Shipping (2-3 Day, non-guaranteed)

  • UPS

Your available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout.


3. Transit Time Disclaimer

Please Note: Once a package is transferred to the carrier (USPS or UPS), transit times are entirely determined by them. We do not guarantee package transit times.

  • During high-volume periods, such as holidays, shipping durations may be longer than estimated by the carrier.


4. Tracking Information

Yes, you will receive a tracking number (USPS or UPS, depending on your selection) via email once your package has shipped.


5. Shipping Availability (Domestic and International)

We offer shipping to the following locations:

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship throughout the U.S., including Hawaii, Alaska, and FPO/APO addresses.

  • International Shipping: We ship to select countries. If your country is eligible, shipping options and costs will populate at checkout.

❗️ IMPORTANT FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Taxes, Duties, and Fees: The shipping cost paid at checkout only covers the freight cost to get the package to your country. It does not include any import taxes, customs duties, or fees (sometimes called a "Landed Cost") levied by your country's customs office.

The customer is fully responsible for paying all applicable duties and taxes required to clear customs and receive the order. Failure to pay these fees will result in the package being abandoned or returned, with no refund issued for shipping or merchandise.
