Eligibility and Timeframe
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Key Return Procedures & Fees
1. Return Authorization (Required)
You must contact Customer Service within 7 business days of receipt to get proper return approval and shipping instructions for non-custom items.
2. Restocking Fee (25%)
A 25% fee applies to all returns of non-custom stocked inventory. This covers the administration of the return (authorization, inventory update, receiving, and restocking).
3. Shipping Costs & Refunds
Damaged or Defective Items
Damage in Shipping

Report: Notify us within 48 hours of receipt.

Evidence: Immediately email photos of the damaged item and the exterior shipping box to returns@magnoliaengravedgifts.com.

Keep Packaging: IMPORTANT: You must keep the original shipping containers and packaging for inspection.

Resolution: After the shipping claim is filed, we will arrange for inspection, return, and replacement.
Custom Error or Defect
If there is a manufacturing error or product defect on a personalized item, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and include photos. We guarantee our products to be free of such errors.
Non-Returnable Items
In addition to custom and close-out items, we cannot accept returns for:

Gift cards or downloadable software products
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected in saleable condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Gifts

Shipped to Recipient: If marked as a gift, you will receive a gift credit (gift certificate) for the value of the return.

Shipped to Purchaser: A refund will be sent to the original purchaser (gift giver).
