CUSTOM UV PRINTED BRASS PLATE

Your custom design is printed directly onto the brass plate using professional UV ink. This process produces crisp lettering, detailed artwork, rich backgrounds, and full-color logos.

Your design may include:

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your plaque size and wood finish.
2. Choose portrait or landscape orientation.
3. Select any available print or finish upgrades.
4. Enter the wording exactly as you would like it printed.
5. Upload your logos, photographs, seals, or artwork.
6. Add your colors, layout preferences, presentation date, and design instructions.

After your order and artwork are reviewed, we will contact you if your request requires services that are not included in the listed product price. No additional work or charges will be added without notifying you first.

What Is Included

Your listed plaque price includes:

Additional Services and Separate Invoices

Some requests require additional design work, production time, or personalized setup that cannot be accurately priced until your files and instructions have been reviewed.

If an additional service is required, Magnolia Gifts will contact you with the details and price. A separate invoice will be sent for your approval and payment before the additional work is completed. Your order may be placed on hold until the invoice is paid.

Additional charges may include:

• Logo cleanup or design reconstruction: $25–$50
• Extensive background removal or image restoration: Custom quote
• Custom illustration or detailed design creation: Custom quote
• Proof revisions beyond the two included revisions: $15 per revision
• Rush production: 25% of the product total, when available
• Different names or personalization on quantity orders: $10–$15 per plaque
• Special-order materials or nonstandard requests: Custom quote

Submitting an order does not automatically authorize additional charges. You will be contacted before a separate invoice is issued, and payment will be required before the additional service or production continues.

If you do not wish to approve an additional charge, we may ask you to provide replacement artwork, simplify the requested design, or proceed using the artwork as originally submitted when production quality allows.

Design Proof and Approval

A digital proof will be emailed to you before production begins. Please carefully review all names, spelling, titles, ranks, dates, punctuation, colors, logos, and design details.

Your plaque will not be printed until the final design has been approved. Production time begins after approval, not on the original order date. Delayed approval or unpaid additional-service invoices may affect your completion or delivery date.

Standard design service includes one digital proof and up to two reasonable revisions. Requests that substantially change the original design direction or revisions requested after the second revision will be invoiced at $15 per revision.

Artwork Requirements

Please upload the highest-quality version of your artwork available. Vector files, SVG files, transparent PNG files, PDF files, or high-resolution JPG files are preferred.

Low-resolution images, screenshots, blurry logos, or artwork copied from a website may not print clearly. If your artwork does not meet production requirements, we will contact you for a replacement file.

Basic placement and preparation of print-ready artwork are included. Logo recreation, extensive image cleanup, background removal, missing-detail reconstruction, or custom illustration may require an additional artwork fee of $25–$50 or a custom quote.

You will be contacted before any billable artwork service is performed.

Rush Production

Most custom plaques are completed within 5–7 business days after final proof approval and payment of any applicable additional invoice.

Rush production may be available for an additional 25% of the product total. Rush service must be approved before purchase or production and is subject to material and production availability.

Rush service shortens production time only. It does not guarantee a carrier’s delivery date. Expedited shipping, when available, is charged separately.

If you have a presentation or need-by date, include it with your order or contact Magnolia Gifts before purchasing so availability can be confirmed.

Quantity Orders

Orders containing the same design and personalization may qualify for quantity pricing.

If each plaque requires a different name, title, date, photograph, logo, or layout, an individual personalization charge of $10–$15 per plaque may apply. Large or complex orders will receive a custom quote before production begins.

Customer-Provided Artwork

By submitting a logo, photograph, emblem, seal, badge, or other artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it.

Magnolia Gifts reserves the right to decline artwork that cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.

Custom Product Policy

Because each plaque is custom designed and produced for a specific recipient, personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after the final proof has been approved and production has begun.

Magnolia Gifts is not responsible for spelling, date, title, rank, wording, color, or layout errors approved by the customer on the final proof.

If your plaque arrives damaged or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the plaque, packaging, and shipping label.
