Your custom design is printed directly onto the brass plaque plate using professional UV ink. This process allows for crisp lettering, detailed artwork, rich backgrounds, and full-color logos.

HOW TO ORDER

1. Select your plaque size and wood finish.

2. Choose portrait or landscape orientation.

3. Enter the wording exactly as you would like it printed.

4. Upload your logos, photographs, seals, or artwork.

5. Add any color, layout, or design instructions.

6. Complete your purchase.

DESIGN PROOF AND APPROVAL

A digital proof will be emailed to you before production begins. Please carefully review all names, spelling, titles, ranks, dates, punctuation, colors, logos, and design details.

Your plaque will not be printed until the final design has been approved. Production time begins after approval, not on the original order date. Delayed approval may affect your completion or delivery date.

Standard design service includes one digital proof and up to two reasonable revisions. Extensive redesigns or additional revisions may require an additional design fee.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Please upload the highest-quality version of your artwork available. Vector files, SVG files, transparent PNG files, PDF files, or high-resolution JPG files are preferred.

Low-resolution images, screenshots, blurry logos, or artwork copied from a website may not print clearly. If your artwork does not meet production requirements, we will contact you for a replacement file.

Logo recreation, extensive image cleanup, background removal, or custom illustration may require an additional artwork fee.

CUSTOMER-PROVIDED ARTWORK

By submitting a logo, photograph, emblem, seal, badge, or other artwork, you confirm that you own the artwork or have permission to reproduce it. Magnolia Gifts reserves the right to decline artwork that cannot legally or appropriately be reproduced.

PRODUCTION TIME

Most custom plaques are completed within 5 to 7 business days after final proof approval. Large quantities, extensive design work, special-order materials, or requested revisions may require additional time.

If you have a presentation or need-by date, please include it with your order before purchasing so availability can be confirmed.

CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY

Because each plaque is custom designed and produced for a specific recipient, personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after the final proof has been approved and production has begun.

Magnolia Gifts is not responsible for spelling, date, title, rank, or wording errors approved by the customer on the final proof.

If your plaque arrives damaged or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the plaque, packaging, and shipping label.
