DIRECT-TO-WOOD ENGRAVING

Your complete design is laser engraved directly into the wood plaque. There is no brass or metal plate attached.

Because wood is a natural material, variations in grain, color, knots, and engraving tone are expected. These natural characteristics make every finished plaque unique. The engraving may appear slightly lighter or darker in different areas depending on the wood grain.

HOW TO ORDER

3. Upload any logos, artwork, or design references.

DESIGN PROOF AND APPROVAL

A digital proof will be emailed to you before engraving begins. Please carefully review all names, spelling, dates, titles, punctuation, and design details.

Your plaque will not be engraved until the design has been approved. Production time begins after final approval, not on the original order date. Delayed approval may affect your completion or delivery date.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Please provide the highest-quality version of your artwork or logo available. Black-and-white vector files, SVG files, transparent PNG files, or high-resolution images generally produce the best engraving results.

Not every color photograph or detailed image can be engraved exactly as submitted. Artwork may need to be simplified or converted into an engraving-ready design. We will contact you if your artwork requires adjustments.

Extensive artwork cleanup, logo recreation, or custom illustration may require an additional design fee.

PRODUCTION TIME

Most custom plaques are completed within 5 to 7 business days after final proof approval. Larger orders, detailed artwork, material availability, or extensive revisions may require additional time.

If you have a specific presentation or need-by date, please include it with your order before purchasing so availability can be confirmed.

CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY

Because each plaque is created specifically for you, personalized orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after the final design has been approved and engraving has begun.

Magnolia Gifts is not responsible for spelling, date, title, or wording errors approved by the customer on the final proof. If your plaque arrives damaged or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
