3. Upload any logos, photographs, seals, or artwork you would like included.

4. Add any special design instructions.

DESIGN PROOF AND APPROVAL

A digital proof will be emailed to you before production begins. Please review all names, dates, spelling, titles, colors, and design details carefully.

Your plaque will not be produced until you approve the design. Production time begins after final approval, not on the original order date. Delayed approval may affect the completion or delivery date.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

For the best printing quality, please provide the highest-resolution version of your logo or artwork available. Vector files, transparent PNG files, or high-resolution JPG files are preferred.

Low-resolution, blurry, or screenshot-based artwork may not reproduce clearly. If submitted artwork cannot be used, we will contact you to request a replacement file. Artwork recreation or extensive design changes may require an additional fee.

PRODUCTION TIME

Most custom plaques are completed within 5 to 7 business days after final design approval. Larger orders, extensive design work, material availability, or requested changes may require additional time.

If you have a specific presentation or need-by date, please include it with your order before purchasing so availability can be confirmed.

CUSTOM PRODUCT POLICY

Because every plaque is created specifically for the customer, personalized items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled after the design has been approved and production has begun.

Magnolia Gifts is not responsible for spelling, date, title, or wording errors approved by the customer on the final proof. If your plaque arrives damaged or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
