3. Enter your selected Design Library code or upload your artwork or inspiration image.
4. Provide the exact names, initials, dates, quote, or wording you would like included.
5. Select your preferred font style when applicable.
6. Add any color, placement, or design instructions.

Your item will be created using the information submitted with your order. Please carefully review all names, initials, dates, capitalization, punctuation, and spelling before ordering.

Design Library Orders

When selecting a Design Library graphic, please provide:

• The complete design code
• Your personalization wording
• Any requested color changes
• Your preferred font style, when applicable
• Any other requested adjustments

Minor changes, such as adding a name or changing a color, may be included when the design allows.

Significant changes that require the graphic to be redrawn, reconstructed, or extensively rearranged may require an additional design fee.

Artwork Guidelines

For the best printed result, upload the original, highest-quality version of your artwork.

• Vector artwork is preferred when available.
• PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended.
• Upload artwork with clear edges and good contrast.
• Avoid screenshots or images downloaded from social media when an original file is available.
• Make sure small wording is readable in the original file.
• Do not enlarge small, blurry, or pixelated artwork before uploading.
• Submit the original color version unless you are requesting a different color treatment.

If your file is too small, blurry, pixelated, incomplete, or unsuitable for printing, we may contact you for a better-quality version.

Artwork Setup and Cleanup

Basic sizing, positioning, and arrangement of your supplied artwork and text are included.

Artwork requiring substantial background removal, reconstruction, redrawing, color correction, font matching, or conversion may require an additional design fee. We will contact you for approval before completing work that requires an additional charge.

Design and Color Information

Artwork placement and text sizing may be adjusted to complement the shape and printable area of your selected drinkware.

Colors may appear slightly different in print than they do on a phone, tablet, or computer screen. Intricate details and very small wording may need to be enlarged, simplified, or adjusted to produce the clearest printed result.

Care Instructions

Hand wash with mild soap and a soft cloth.

Do not place in the dishwasher, microwave, or freezer. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbing pads, and prolonged soaking.

Important Artwork Policy

By uploading artwork, handwriting, a graphic, screenshot, or other design, you confirm that you own the material or have permission to reproduce it.
