3. Upload the original, highest-quality version of your logo or team graphic.
4. Enter any names, titles, departments, roles, dates, or coordinating text.
5. Add special placement or color instructions, if needed.
6. For sets with different names or titles, upload your personalization list or enter the information in the space provided.

Your drinkware will be created using the information submitted with your order. Please carefully review all names, titles, dates, capitalization, and spelling before ordering.

Artwork Guidelines

For the best printed result, upload the original, highest-quality version of your logo or graphic.

• Vector artwork is preferred when available.
• PNG files with transparent backgrounds are recommended.
• Upload artwork with clear edges and good contrast.
• Avoid screenshots and images downloaded from social media.
• Make sure small wording is readable in the original file.
• Do not enlarge small, blurry, or pixelated artwork before uploading.
• Submit the original color version unless you are requesting a single-color design.
• Confirm that all names and wording within the logo are correct.

If your file is too small, blurry, pixelated, incomplete, or unsuitable for printing, we may contact you to request a better-quality version.

Artwork Setup and Cleanup

Basic sizing, positioning, and arrangement of your supplied logo and coordinating text are included.

Artwork that requires substantial background removal, reconstruction, redrawing, color correction, font matching, or conversion may require an additional design fee. We will contact you for approval before completing work that requires an additional charge.

Design and Color Information

Logo placement and text sizing may be adjusted to complement the shape and printable area of the selected drinkware.

Colors may appear slightly different in print than they do on a phone, tablet, or computer screen. Intricate details and very small wording may need to be enlarged, simplified, or adjusted to produce the clearest printed result.

Do not place in the dishwasher, microwave, or freezer. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scrubbing pads, and prolonged soaking.
