Shipping & Production Information

Expedited Shipping: Choosing expedited shipping ensures your package travels faster through the carrier network once shipped; however, our standard production time still applies.

Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom engraved products (with specific names, initials, logos, etc.) are Non-Refundable and Non-Returnable.
Covered Replacements (Damage Only)
We will provide a free replacement only if:

- The wrong product was shipped due to our error.
